eMails that are wrong

Common emails that you just know are wrong (and you may have received these before) are:

1. The email message is in one looong sentence.

2. The letters are not in the right proportion to each other.

3. The character 'U' is repeated through out the email message.

The email message is in one long sentence because the author has neglected to 'enter' (or press hard return) at the end of 65 characters or less. The reader's email program may not have automatic text wrapping capability.

The letters are not in the right proportion because different email programs may offer different fonts. The email program that the author is using may differ from the email program that the reader is using.

If you see the characteristic character of 'U' repeated in the text of the email, this is because the author may have saved the file in another format. Text editors and word processors let you do this.

What is the solution?

Just end each line at no more than 65 characters, with 'enter'!
